I honestly don't think it's a big deal. Sure it sucks because it's something that has been there since day 1 but if nick believes it will make reporting tech issues much easier then I'm all for it.

It would be cool if we had a retro day though. (with tech forum and all) For one day only, everything goes back to how it was on day 1, that way the newer players could see how far this game has gone.

Well I think it would be hard to do with all the new weapons and vendettas and airports and all but at least if the theme changed back to how it was for a day.

Yeah. I only used it a few times myself. It had advantages though. It was a good way to figure out if something was an isolated glitch or a real problem before communicating with support. Now we've lost the ability to do that
