Just completed my cpsi exam. I am now a certified playground safety inspector. Haven't had to study like that in many years. Time to get drunk.

Unfortunately, playground freedom is on it's way out as the new ADA requirements start taking effect. Everything will be low, and safe. I personally think kids are wimps these days, and it's cause they don't get exposed to enough dangerous stupid stuff. The dangerous stupid stuff is always the most fun and therefor character building.

At my old school we didn't have a playground so we played in the parking lot... On a hill.. "Car!" "aahhhh!!"

I know! When I was younger, the oNe who could do the stupidest shit was always respected the most.

Totally agree. People are afraid to let kids do anything. They might get hurt. Posh, I cracked my head open and broke bones, and I'm fine. Hopefully my girls will get the same opportunity. ;-)

Me too.. Though I've only broken 1 bone, the playground is where I got my first concussion, knocked out my first tooth..
My brother kicked me off the 15ft jungle gym 😝 brotherly love...
My sisters dont even get to touch the playground at school :( they might get hurt. The rules list is taller than I am.

Yup... My dad always tells me stories of when he was in school on the play ground playing all out smear the queer. Now they don't even let kids touch each other.
