Make your turf the same influence as the one taxing you, or tear down your turf. Now delete this thread, it's in the wrong forum.

Turf protection: you have to pay another player because he has a bigger turf over yours. You can get out of this by making the turf paying more bigger or just destroy the turf and make a new one further away.
Police protection: this is to stop cops from busting you in a mission. You can buy turf protection, get it with don points or use the consigeti or whatever his name is
