Is it ethical to cap a (very) weak mobster if he is wiping an inactive off of the map? I'm protecting an inactive from this pesky kid who keeps capping his final turfs.

If he is wiping out an inactive player than level his ass. He is screwing with the local economy

It's a shame when it's the bigger players that are capping inactives and as a smaller player you (hypothetical you) can't do anything about it.
