Advice please

So in rural connecticut, (4 major players there counting me, one is inactive, one gets on like every 3 days, and one is daily active. Let's call inactive player 1 (or p1), daily on p2, semi-active p3.) so p2 started to cap p1. I told him to stop, and put up a turf taxing him. I then levled his closest turf to p1s turf. He started a V and I told him something like "i told you too stop capping *p1*s turf, he is inactive. It lowers income. If you stop cappig *p1*s turf, and drop the v, nothing bad will happen." he dropped the V and all was well. Today I checked again, and he has capped one more of p1s turf. I leveled 5 turfs. I also capped and destroyed p1s closest turf to p2. (probably not the smartest idea). Any advice on what to do if p2 caps p1 again? P2 hass capped 5 or 6 of p1s turf all ready.

Start capping knock everything out of commission. Pm the semi active player so he knows what is going on. Cap 2 turf for every turf he caps.

2? No the minimum here is 5. Or, just level him totally and end your misery.

You want advice? If somebody pisses you off and you have the ability to cap them, cap them hard. The more they piss you off the harder you hit them. I only capped one turf from you...so far. This thread is unnecessary, don't be a puss 👊💢
