Okay so I've noticed some things.
First, Texas, my state, has no wars. Sure there is some capping but there is really no retaliation. I mean I took 7 turfs from one guy(all loot turfs i add) and not a peep. Same thing when I get attacked. I just bide my time.
Whereas in states such as Oregon or Indiana there is lots Of wars large and small scales.
Maybe, it's our temperament or something but it seems in the US at least the Deep South has less wars.

There's some sporadic clashing along the gulf coast, nothing cataclysmic like the past.

It was when I was just getting started. I had 1.5k and I saw a 15kish mob lol I went out of my way to stay away.
