How to put sound files in a video

I had this amazing idea which i had a month ago, and i wanted to record gameplay from world of tanks, and put tf2 sounds in it, i dont want to download a sound pack, i just want to insert the sounds...

Its gonna be on my channel, its just gonna be a 7 minute gameplay with the heavy or scout "commentating" on it (it matters if i use a usa tank, russian, or german)
