Well the 3G is capable of multitasking but apple did it so people buy the 3GS or te iPhone 4

iPhone 3g? That's out of the multitasking package. Only iPhone 3gs, 4, and iPod touch 3rd gen 32-64gig have multitasking. I bought an iPod touch 8gig 2/3 gen. So I bought my iPod during the 3rd gen time but apple basically resold 2nd gens.

right but if u jailbreak ur 3G it handle multitaking well apple just want people to upgrade to the 3GS or iPhone 4

I am jailbroken. And the multitasking is far from great. It works. Sometimes. But apps crash in the backround more often then not

I can multitask on my 2g. I have palm Pre style interface

I'm updating as soon as it's available. Although I'm going to be trying to get the iPhone 4 as soon as it's available, which means I'll be selling this one, anyone want one? 😜
