How do you get these? I saw a lv 27 with them earlier and got curious. Also if possible what are the stats on them.

You haven't noticed yet? This all was discussed about a week ago. Here are the stats:

Riot Shield: A: 2 D: 6
Chainsaw: A: 5 D: 6
Brass Knuckles: A: 1 D: 2
German Siletto Knife: A: IDK D: IDK
