Mr BC: the senior statesman, with a bit of the old Oscar Wilde larrikin. His intelligence and humor can be appreciated only by the few. The jolly gay man from 4 weddings and a funeral comes to mind.

Charlie: The CEO of Yawn to Mr BC's Chairman of the Board. The consumate professional who holds himself to high standards and expects nothing less of his peers. Don't upset him though as he can be quick to anger but is also quick to calm down. Hugh Grant from Love Actually not 4 weddings.

Operator: see above, a technical man who lives with logic and facts. Able to analyze situations and make quick decisions. I am seeing Bruce Willis from the Die Hard franchise.

Vishbume: a dark sorcerer, the one who everyone thinks is evil but turns out to be on the side for good at the end. Another with the wit to entertain but the black humor is missed by many. I picture you like Harry's uncle from the Harry Potter series. Not the actor but how I pictured him when I read the books.
