👆 what he said 😉About Vadan's 4K hench. It's Nick's game and I think it's an awesome game. He's done a great job so far. From its concept in '09, to vendetta's, to loot (Airports omitted for "The Man"s sake 😉). Nick has obviously done something right in marketing as witnessed by Turf Wars appearance in the iTunes top 20 last October/November and the rush of new players. It's his game and only he has the big picture. If he see's a problem why shouldn't he be allowed to take steps to fix it however he see's fit?

Woah. Osu girl is good peeps. No need for this to be so heated. Is it possible we are all right and all wrong?
Osu... I've worked in a mom and pop cafe, and at starbucks. Both have pros and cons for different reasons. Starbucks corporate (Sony) handles things one way. And mom n pop (turf wars) handles things another way. It's their right as business owners. And IMO nick wasn't a smart ass. vadan was asking for it by making a thread and posting all the feedback responses. NOTE... He did not post HIS responses. That's editing at its best. And regurdless of what he said, he's the one that put it on blast.

I take no offense in anything anyone has said about me or my opinions because they are just that .. Opinions. We are all entitled to them and that's what creates a healthy debate. Businesses are ran differently and that's fine .. It's just my opinion that ethics plays a large role for any business large or small and I was a bit taken back by nicks comment and he did comment like Vadan said. Many customer complaints are publically made which is what Vadan did and yes he opened himself up for others to chime in but your taking a huge risk as an owner to chime in as he did. He has the right to do so .. It's his $$ being impacted not mine. It's just not a choice I personally would ever do if I were an owner on fear of losing some of my loyal customers which is the foundation of any business.
Much ❤ still Raikou to you 😊 -
Well in fairness OSU girl, Nick is the smart one here. After all we're paying him so if he feels the need to be a smartass we shouldn't get in the way of that, right. It's his world, we should be thankful he let's us play. I know I am.

Do I agree with Nick's decision to involuntarily mob up Vadan, or to publicly chime in? No, I think both were poor decisions. But damn, he made a mistake. That's it. End of story. I agree with Mickey. It's a game. Enjoy it - or don't. I get emotionally invested in TW sometimes too, but at the end of the day it's only a game.

I thoroughly disagree kinky. Reason being that in any business of any scale, it's made a business because of its customers. We need Nick as a developer but he needs us as a business owner. It may well be a game and he may well enforce any rules he see's fit, but it does not make him right and it does not make me wrong.

What this comes down to is te fact that TOS are interpreted in different ways by all of us and I don't feel what I've done has violated anything I agreed to.
The "strategy" I used has been in play for over 8 months, many have used and are still using it. Many have complained yet no response whatsoever from Nick, yet I feel it's apparently obvious he has decided to use me as his single scapegoat and violate my right to his discretion. We all seem to fundamentally forget that this game, this business, has obligations to us. When we contact feedback they always give a disclaimer stating they can not provide user information. But Nick has done exactly that in public.

Let's say for argument sake, I have "exploited", is it ethically right for Nick to play games with me then enforce rules as he makes them? If the game has problems it's his duty to fairly fix them. We may answer to his guidelines, but outside the game he also has to answer to guidelines.

I never said he wasn't intelligent. Intelligent people make mistakes and sometimes it costs them. He didn't get where he is today by not being smart and yes he created a great game for many including myself to play but in all fairness gaming is not his world alone.. There are other gaming options that people can play correct? Gaming falls in the service industry which means providing excellent customer service. If that's how he chooses to service people so be it like I said earlier. And I would guess he is more thankful we play versus us being thankful he allows us to play ..Well in fairness OSU girl, Nick is the smart one here. After all we're paying him so if he feels the need to be a smartass we shouldn't get in the way of that, right. It's his world, we should be thankful he let's us play. I know I am.

You're both right. Sarcasm sadly doesn't translate well in typeface.

Novel idea. Quit bitching about wanting ur free henchmen and get back to punching. Nick made a temporary fix to something he felt was an exploit. End of story. If u don't like it then say it with ur wallet. If nick wants to pick random numbers and give out hench based on that, big deal. I've punched almost 2000 codes today. I don't want or need hench. Nick fixed it the way he thought best. Deal with it and QQ

Honestly here if there is an exploit to the game then the responsibility is on the developer to fix them in programming not by banning players. Especially if that player invested money. I know for me and my money my response will be to not invest further money in this game because I could be banned for any reason at any time. I agree with OSU. If there is a listing of legit rules or should be available in the game to read and review from the menu. Not some unspoken code of conduct that most players abide by. What was the reason for the ban? The exploit or posting of comments made by Nick?
