  is that beer you have right before service ends after getting your ass kicked. aside from that I'm not much of a breakfast person. but sometimes I want a good noodle bowl in the am. today, I have cold chicken tikka masala on a potato roll. it was a delicious start to my 15 hour work day. what is yours? breakfast... workday... schoolday...

  IF I have breakfast, it's most often cereal. It's quick & awesome..who doesn't love cereal? I'll go on kicks of getting 1 cereal over & over till I get sick of it & move onto something else in the rotation. Right now, it's Honey Bunches of Oats w/ chocolate bunches.

  I'm in heavy industry, known by some as snack master flex. Any given pocket can contain any given food product. Find the worst to be fruit cups, best n fastest snack but sparks or pushing on something will create a sloppy mess. Usually it's a crushed muffin, donut, or rice krispie treat(until I bite into a piece of metal that melted it's way inside.mmmmm. But being from B.C the best meal is sticky icky THC(afterwork)

  Oatmeal cooked & loads of milk.. Yum.. Plus the ever important cups of good coffee. Cereals are awesome too.

  Don't usually eat b/fast but you can't beat good porridge unless you have a fry up

  I'm not a breakfast person.. It somehow makes me sick all day.. Lunch or just dinner for me.. If I do eat a breakfast it's a eggo with cream cheese n strawberry jelly.. Or rice n beans with steak.. It's a Spanish thing

  I ate a bagel and egg cheese(melted)ham sandwich with the bagel as the bread.

  Just had crepe made by my lovely personal chef this morning. 
 Only plans today are finishing reading a book and celebrating Lakers' win.
 I love summer.

  Dinner...don't know if it's necessarily the most important meal of the day, but it is the ONLY meal I never skip; dinner is almost always well earned....not quite as much as yours is Tek...but nothing beats a dinner you've prepared yourself paired with a decent bottle of wine.
