This exploit so it's apparent been called has been going on for months . There are many accounts who have delete mob to become uncappable and
Others deliberately set up to cap u impinged .i can name at least 20 used against me . We have to waste 10 STan refills each a day to hit these guys to force them up to level 50 just so we have a chance to cap them only when they join a v against us . This has been brought up time an time and time again to the developers . Response. We are studying g the game play to see if something should be done . Well u done something all right . Picked on one person out of many . -

The Support Msg above is clear and relates to more than one activity. My belief is that whatever has gone on before to create a reset, then that shouldn't stop that mob from acting with their new position so long as they are not breaking any rules. I can't see that the micro mob is breaking any rule and therefore the important thing is for the game to change to remove the loophole if that is what it is. I don't think giving 4k henchies is a good way to deal with the issue.....

.... Especially if it's been going on for a while and has been highlighted. Where some say the developers can do what they like - well yeah they can, but that doesn't make it right. It feels like this has been handled really badly to me.

Ok ... My 2 cents....
I personally don't see what vadan did as exploitive... I think it is a perfect example of paradigm thinking. It was a creative way to overcome insurmountable odds .
I have actually slowed down my game play a bit since this whole fiasco happened... I understand there needs to be rules to ensure good game play, but I can't get my head around a game developer tweaking a players account to make it fit what the developer feels is better... Temporary or not.
It seems childish and spiteful... If vadan were as big a problem as the support message alludes to . He would have been banned, not given a gift.
I think the note was just a way to cover nicks a**.
I'm doing some serious deliberation on whether or not I wish to continue spending money on this game as a direct result of this event.
Just my opinion guys. -

I agree. Bottom line to me is as a developer you code the app to implement the game rules, and if someone can legitimately use the game to do what they do (but it's frowned on), then the developers need to hotfix their code. You cant penalise a single customer because your system allows them to do something you later decide you don't like.

As I posted above if something that is clearly in the rules of the game now slandered as a grand exploit plan from developer of game. It gives serious pause.
I don't understand how this can be argued.
What strategies will not be called exploits and cheating?

If you are any threat whatsoever to any of the big players here, I'm sure your tactic will be considered an "exploit". I too have reconsidered spending any more on this game, as it does not benefit you in any way. You will never be "allowed" to gain control of anything.

Next step will be banning or altering players accounts for sharing their opinions in here. The management has shown their true character throughout this debacle.

Maybe I am missing something here but there are two obvious points that seem dubious:
1) The exploit is available to both alliances so it's not really an exploit if both teams are playing using the SAME rules.
That someone on one side chooses to do this is a sacrifice for their team surely the other side are equally capable of doing the same.2) Based on the above is it not unfair to single any player out? Every other low mob is still able to do this so why single one player out, regardless of how obvious it is the exploit is still do-able just not by vadan.
Credit where it's due in that this needs to be fixed but as viper said why not do it to ALL of the players this applies to or leave the playing field as it is until a suitable fix can be found.

Any manipulation of a ( TW) player from the devs without an a agreement from the player should be looked at from a hired attorney as there is money ( Don points ) involved . It's that simple . The user agreement also will need to be evaluated as I'm sure vaden will be owed some compensation as well . Just saying right is right that's all .
