Nick doesn't need to prove its an exploit. I don't even know how that's possible. The fact that nick said exploit made it so as its his game and he's the only one that knows where the true spirit o the game resides and things that could violate it

Ok enough with the "you have no life hints towards me" I'm a senior in high school and this is the game that gets my mind off of my RL problems. I'm not gonna state what they are cuz I know you people wouldn't care. I was only trying to put my thoughts in as that's what Vadan asked for when he made this post

You can believe what you want to believe, Mr. "I have 3 accounts" MFC. Since Nick has the logs and every enemy reports me simply because our team beats up on them, then he can be the judge and jury. 'Nuff said.
But for sure ... when the 2 words exploit and cheat come up... Vadan pops in everyones head.

Vadan the tos says that they can decide what's an exploit. Therefore that's the way it is.

It seems clear that the TOS are being applied differently depending on the player in question. If u are havoc u cannot break the tos even if u have lots of mules whereas if u are vadan and u play within the rules u are breaking the tos in a way that is against the 'spirit of the game'. Selective punishment or double standards in my humble opinion.

What does it matter? Vadan will never see this as anything but an "injustice" and Dramabot will jus keep trying to explain how unbelievably stupid Vadan is acting about it..
nick has the right to do whatever he sees fit to keep the game fair for everyone. It's in the agrement you signed. That means nick giveth if he wants, and nick taketh away if he wants. Hell, instead of arguing about it, try mobbing up, then ask him to remove the hench when your able to take care of yourself, then just delete the mob all again.
