Nope. They only pay when your turf is covering a good portion of their turf. They have to be overlapping.

50% or more. The more u cover their turf, the more protection money you get

If he should be paying you then the orange guy next to me should be paying up, 2 times my lvl but I can easily cap him, but I won't, we have a truce after Chuck Norris hit him.
