I'd buy a couple of hundred acres with a sweet water spring. Fence it off, build a 0 carbon house with pv, wind turbine etc. go self sufficient and off grid.

I'd fund a factory satellite for making liquid nitrogen cheap, buy a company which makes liquid nitrogen fueled cars, get rid of fossil fuel and have a monopoly on all of it. Of course that would cost billions but...
