Three guys rent a hotel to hide from the cops. They each agree to pay 10$ each for the 30$ fee. One of them reports service to the hotel for another curtain. A bellhop comes to check it out and takes 5$ for insurance claims. Then the bellhop takes 2$ on purpose yet gets caught the next day. They each agreed to pay 10$ each the previous day but since they did not get that one complaint fixed they returned 3$ an then they all payed 9$ instead. 9•3=27+ the money the bellhop took is 29$. what happened to the last dollar?!

The beggining statemeant is after they leave the five is taken from the 30 then an extra two dude gets caught gives money back and then 3 is taken away that27$

They paid $30 for the room, see?

Then the hotel manager toild the bellhop to give them back $5, see?

That means they would have paid $25.

But the bell boy kept $2 and gave only gave them back $3.
So the Hotel has$25, the guests have $3 and the bellboy has $2.

25+3+2=30
