A lower level has attacked me many times, but if I attack back The Don helps him and says that I'm pickin out him. So my question how many levels is too low?

If he's so low a level that the don helps him, he's not even worth the effort of fighting back.

I was just wondering because I've had higher lvls attack me no problem. I didnt get help from The Don then. Anyone know how many levels you need to be?

It's not just levels. Combat strength and/or influence is a factor as well.

it's a combination of all the above and Thera a cutoff as well for example I just put rawcruester in the er. I'm level 96 and he's what? 47 I believe.
