Does adding points to your Attack and Defense skills really have any benefit, or is it a waste of skill points gained at each level?

They do add to your attack and defense, but only by one point.

To be constructive:
No, it doesn't. I have over a thousand attack and defense and I'm very weak in just about everything. Ten points won't make a difference. Spend your SP on stamina, health, and energy.

If I would of know this at the beggening I would I reset and put all of them in Stam

U need at least 50 energy then 100 stamina
