A few minutes ago, my upkeep dropped to -196k. I sold a bunch of upkeep weapons, but I lost a bunch of money for some reason. (about 2m) I purchased police protection, which brought my upkeep back to 192k. I went back to the market and realized I had bought the weapons, not sold them. So in all this, I lost a ton of money and accomplished nothing. :( learn from my mistakes, fellow noobs.
