What does it matter if a monster has a bigger inf to mob or vice-a-versa. Does it really affect anybody and how the game is played?

My inf and mob are almost equal so I really don't see why I would be in trouble OTB. But I really don't see it as a problem if another player does

Well monsters on this game would have an unfair advantage don't you think? So they need to be put in check so they can't get us regular mobbers.

Umma, the inf:mob ratio reflects on if you can protect what you own. If you can't then, liquidated. If you don't have the mob to protect your turf, then it can be taken away from you.

I think in most cases it is identified that these players are overly capping even smaller players or inactives. This is to ensure that smaller players are not run out of the game by players other noobs who don't understand that you need as many mobsters in your area as possible to gain max income.

I am in the same boat. But I think for our situation they do a "habitat for humanity" type deal. They give us turf 😃

What you can protect depends on who attacks not your ratio. The advertised ratios are arbitrarily made by self appointed turf police.

While I agree I don't think the mob inf ratio should really apply if you've gotten your turf from increasing limit by buying don points. I prolly could/woulda qualified for forclosure. But I've increased my limit with RL money. Whenever I cap it's usually out of some kind of necessity. Or loot upgrades. And usually tear down afterwards. Just my take. But if it's a greedy ass who excessively caps then by all means.
