Statement 1: Stars, some of the largest bodies in the universe, form from large clouds of material that upon reaching a certain level of heat and gravity pull mostly hydrogen into a ball that begins to produce helium and other heavier elements( up to iron) through a process called nuclear fission which also produces heat and light. The stars size and brightness determines its lifespan, the bigger the star the longer the life. For every star, there is a zone where life may form upon the right conditions H2O presence is helpful and a clear orbit is a must( life takes a while to form and constant bombardment doesn't help that).
Prove me wrong by finding errors( maybe 1 or more). -
normally a star gets larger and brighter when it is dying

"The bigger the star, the longer it's lifespan." is incorrect, however it is quite common for the larger star to be brighter yet cooler than a small star.

Good that was the obvious one, There is one more not so obvious. Then I'll move on to the next statement."The bigger the star, the longer it's lifespan." is incorrect, however it is quite common for the larger star to be brighter yet cooler than a small star.

Stars aren't really the largest bodies... That belongs to galaxies.

The hottest stars are the smallest: White Dwarfs
The coolest stars are the largest: RedGiants

It's fusion not fission

He's right 👆

There we go! That's what I was looking for. Some answers here are technically right but they do not contrast the statement. Give me a minute for a new statement. It's fusion not fission

Light has a dual nature, living both as a wave and particle, it possesses many qualities of both. Light can be bent when traveling through varying mediums ie air, water, glass, vacuum, etc. Upon changing a medium, a light will bend towards or away from the medium, depending on the entering a slower or faster medium. It bends towards the normal in cases where slower mediums enter faster mediums and bends Vice versa. This is called refraction. Light can also be reflected by mirrors as well. However these images are virtual meaning they cant be projected onto a paper or surface. When looking At a certain angle, if you are underwater, you cannot see anything above the water and instead only see images below the water, this is called internal refraction.
