I'm making a time lapse of it now that I've realized what he is doing. He is capping every turf in our city! Why would he do this? Should I start a vendetta to protect myself? He'll get to me soon...

If he caps everyone's turf his income in the area will suck. Have you tried talking with him?

He claims he was in a tight allience with all of them, and that they were resetting. I guess they let him have the turf before they went?
