You get these new weapons at certain levels. I am quite sure you get the knuckles at level 2.

Yep. It sound about right. My theory is that these aren't the true loot items. Based on things Nick has said those would show up randomly from missions

I'm trying to find people with them and see around what specific point in leveling there at. I got my friend to get tw and he goy knucles at level 2.

If they appear randomly from missions, shouldn't we get them too?
