  I DO, GDI!!! But I'll get mine sooner or later. I have faith. This is probably just the introductory phase. Nick did say low levels would see the stuff first. That implies all levels will eventually get it. I can't imagine an absolute exclusion on anything.

  He also mentioned plane tickets.

  I'm guessing the more valuable/prized an item is, the higher the level needed to obtain it.

  I seriously doubt we will see anyone below certain levels getting plane tickets.
