I read through the vendetta forum

And I see that most of the victims of so called "bullies" have mob size way out of proportion to their level.
Shouldn't there be a line that's drawn where people collectively ignore vendetta invites from these kind of players?
If someone is "playing " this game, but not punching code, and immediately runs to start a vendetta when they get capped, what are we teaching by helping in their v? ( I used quotations because if you aren't punching code, you really aren't playing this game).
The message being sent is "don't worry about doing your part to help yourself, just let others do the heavy lifting for you "
Just my opinion, what do you think? -
I agree with you! I usually tell them to mob up. No one will help them if they are unwilling to help themselves.

Ir the most part I agree, bust not always. If someone can make a well reasoned argument with enough details and facts, I'll gladly help them. I don't hold it against them that they don't like to punch codes, that's the way they chose to play the game. If they would rather put effort into diplomacy than code punching then that's just another road leadin to the same place.
Now the level 55 200 mob guys that do the "bully is pikin on me, plz help!" isn't going to get anything from me.

Let those little guys form vendettas with other little guys. Newbs should be able to play that part of the game also. In some smaller towns 1-2k seems the norm. There is no competition to drive code punching. Let them fight it out themselves with smaller mobsters joining their v.

A big part of it is that I am anti vendetta anyway... I guess in extreme cases I can see a possible need, but most of the time if someone just mobs up, their problem could go away...
-
It depends on the circumstances and who's asking. For instance, I am one who has never used a thread in the v forum. There's no need. If there is a person pushing someone out of the game without a reason, that deserves help. Anything other than that, not so sure.

When I was just a little nooblet couple hundred mob I asked for help in the V forum a player with 2k more mob then me, they had capped me outa 1 town and was working on another and was punching just as much as me.
But some vets talked to the other player and turned out they were fairly new also, so the V forum really did help me out even though I never did start a vendetta.

There's a kid who drove me out of my home state because of the amount of vendettas he created. If someone capped his turf or even destroyed it, like I did, he would start a V with his arsenal of high level friends and completely obliterate them. I had to move my turf to Florida when I coincidentally had a vacation at the time it was happening. I also had to change my name so to keep his vendetta buddies away and someday return to my home state, but from what I hear, they are on high look out for me. This was all because I destroyed a few of his high influence turf because he capped a few of mine. I have a bigger mob and [was] more powerful than him. I just need to rebuild, but if I touch him he will know it's me.
I think vendettas should only be used for defense.
