If were to start an alliance would anyone join? If so, what would you want in this alliance.

Mob doesnt equal leadership, all leadership needs is a basic understanding of whatever the heck they're doing.

And an ability to protect their members. Or someone who can.

mob allows you to protect ur alliance.
Also you wont get a lot of big players because usually people don't like joining alliances when they are bigger then there leader.

I agree. However, if you can't defend yourself against the majority of players then it would be better to mob up while under the protection of someone more established.
