no look at Tommy defense. With no body armor we'd almost be even

Build weapons. It more important than influence. Once u build weapons u can take over turf and gain money and influence

But one can also say the same in reverse. After you gain influence then you can more easily afford the weapons. I was talking about leader boards. It's a little different.
