As long as you don't own all of them and use them for benefit to one of the accounts.

Only if you do it for fun. If you use it to take turf/money/extra person in vendetta can result in a ban. It's somewhere in the TOS

I have one on my moms phone, it's only turf is in Plano and I havent been on it for a long time...
