Spotted an Omertà Turf

I just spotted an Omertà used on a turf. I was quite excited. I took ss & then went to attack the turf (I'm too curious). Of course the turf is out of commission, which is exactly the strategy I expected would be used.

I know if I see one it's getting attacked. Curiosity is my biggest enemy.

Like a moron, I just accidentally capped it. I apologized to the person I capped it from. 😼
Interestingly, once capped the Omertà is still good. It shows me how much longer it will last. The info on the turf says that it is both controlled & was created by me - very strange. The turf also appears white to me (it looked gray before I capped it).

I think nick wanted it to be that way like if you had a turf with loot covering a couple 86 inf turfs and you see someone coming after it you use your omertà on a turf on the other side of the others players turf so they cap that turf instead of your loot but still
