I've taken time of this guys turfs and he's telling me to stop, I'm trying to grow my turf to pay for weapons and mob ect. Should I just stop cuz I'm a bully? I take a couple every day but usually only ones he takes from other people. Am I a bully?

He said I have only taken around 5 turfs but he has a 105 inf turf that I'm eye balling, and some big players took all my loot and he told me not to touch it but does it make me a bully if I do? I know there are millions of these threads, I just don't want to abuse this kid

Anywho.... The proverbial "Am I a bully" question.
I got my hind end taxed a few times by my local Capo when I first started... Nothing to bad but good for reference. So I notice most everyone saying, "Mob up or shut up". So, sit down for this one..... I mobbed up.Now I have double his mob. I have been attacked many times in this game, but hey it's TURF WARS. So I began sending him messages asking him to take down some of his turf so I could become our local Capo. Never got a response. Started to tax him. Still no response. BTW yes I had checked to make sure he was active. So I started capping his turf, beginning on Gas Day.

I have taken as many turfs as it took to become Capo, even sending him a message saying, "as long as I maintain Capo status I will not attack anymore." now he has started a vendetta against me, Altough I am not targeted it is called GTR36 has no manners or something like that, and as description he has, he took my turf for no reason.
So, am I a horrible person destined for the pits of TurfWars hell?

So I had enough to be Capo, I left him alone pretty much all day. And he just won't stop. He has put down more turf and taken Capo again. Really?

I am really trying to be diplomatic about this. I am eying to leave him some turf. I AM TRYING TO BE NICE, while I assume our local Capo role.
And BTW yes I know Capo just really isn't all that, but I just really wanted it. And I didn't feel a 1600 mobster should be Capo of such a large town.

Lol and the only reason my Influence is do high is cuz of gas day, I had a BUNCH of exspreso shots and it was extremely crazy, my turf were being capped and I was capping like crazy. But how many turf would I take until I'm a bully, he said I can take turf from him as long as I don't go crazy, and I'm trying to help him get bigger mob.

Here's my feeling... I think if someone is starting to get up there in level ( I don't know what the cut off should be... Maybe 40) , and they have an embarrassingly small mob, they should be capped like mad...vets shouldn't protect players like that , because Ll that does is legitimize for the player in question that punching code isn't important, and they can use vendettas or alliances as a crutch.
I don't believe in vendettas as a general rule... I can kinda understand them in extreme conditions, but when they are used to supplement an anemic mob, it's just pitiful.
So, that's my long way of saying take his turf -

Give the little bugger a warning.
If they don't heed it, that's they're fault.
It's like puting a "don't pull the rope" sign on the spiked ceiling trigger.
