Does anybody know what it is or does anybody do it.

Yes! I love it! It's so much fun.
-
Also, what is the coolest one you have seen and or made. If you are comfortable sharing your username feel free.

If you want to get started I would not recomend the app. I would recomend a Magellan GSP. They are easy to work and are about 120$whette fartze wrote:

I downloaded the app and there's one in my neighborhood and it's half a mile away, I'm pretty sure I know where itl be and it's over a barbwire fence so I'll be pissed if i get rickrolled

This is true. But if it's a 13-17 year old kid its prolly a lil easier to just get a free or $1.99 app than spend 100 plus dollars on a gps. And yes Magellan gps is the way to go. My uncle was a road tester for them and some of their units are burly as fuck. He would tell me how he'd go into the break room and there'd be gps units in the freezer lol. Or the testers would be in the parking lot throwing them on the ground.Ꮹཞ།ཀཀ wrote:

I'm 17 but money isn't an issue for me cause I work lol
-
I found one by my house. It was filled with random cheap crap but its fun
-
The apps are horrible. Go to geocaching.com to sign up and get cache info then just use your phone as a GPSr.
-
The app is 9.99
-
Do you guys have any favorite caches??

Correct me if I'm wrong, but someone posts the lat-long of a place they left something and someone else goes out looking for the spot. Is that the idea?
What kind of stuff do you typically find?

It's a slippery road... One day you'll be saying 'malarkey' the next thing you know it'll be 'thingamajig' and 'whoops- a-daisy'!
