Do it to it! Without capping there is no game. Start a war! Steal some turf! And smash anyone who fights back.

I have a larger player near me who wants to protect lotsa people to increase turf income so people run to him all the time cryin i capped their turf and he gets pissed at me if i dont apologize after cappn someone or if i wipe them out of an area completely....so if i take more than one turf i just a note to em "sorry for cappin ya but couldnt resist, just too tempting". That way the bigger player stays off my back and it iften opens dialogue w capped player wich wuickly determines whether they deserve more cappin. Always remember the little guy may not always b little and those little guys will increase ur turf income !!

The above is my same problem. My target mouths off from behind the local capo. I want to wipe the guy out but I don't want to upset the local heavy hitters.

I usually take a couple every week from same players till they run for help, or start V, which usually turns into dialogue because of the bigger protector, i told him he cant protect everyone n he got pissed threatnd to cap me. U should try to make friends w biggest player u can find with ur TW philosophy so u can cap together and have eachithers backs, in long run u need friends to survive V's
