So there are two individuals whom constantly attacked me at a low level with a very low mob. I really couldn't do anything, so they robbed me of a lot of money early on.

Well, a month later, I'm mobbed up, ready to kick ass and take names. I've hopped next to both of their turf lines and am ready to open fire.

I already took some of their turf, but my question is, should I cap everything they have? They made it very difficult for me early on.

To hit them back more long term tax them. And dont kist random cap them. Cap their upgraded turf. Make them pay you as long as they stay in the game by taxing. Cap them completely will hurt income and they may just quit.

Well I am over turf limit, and paying a ridiculous 1mil for upkeep (400k income/hour), so I feel like capping the ones im not already taxing is the best solution.

Use my ethics.
I was bullied on here by 4 individuals. I mobbed up because nobody would help.
Capped every turf but one on the first guy, i think he actually quit. Capped 15 turf from the 2nd guy then we became allies. Capping the shit out of the 3rd guy because he capped me the most. Also started a V on him, and we're destroying him. Trying to have my friend bridge me to the 4th guy right now

Point is, don't hold back unless you plan on hopping. Leave them with one turf so they don't deduct from the income of the area.

Cap a few turf, don't wipe him.

You should cap him just because he's level 91 with under 3k mob
