Cycling trip!!

Wednesday I am cycling from Norwich to Blackpool. We (me and two friends) are aiming to do it in two days!wishfull? So I was wondering if there was any advise out there? And anything people think I should take to help me along my way! We have to cycle 114 miles on the first day and 116 on the second. I have only done 50 miles in one day before with 3 breaks In between never anything like this. Should be intense lol.

Power gels after 2 hrs every~30 min or so. You don't want to bonk! Bananas for potassium- keep away the leg cramps . Enjoy the ride and scenery👣👣

Thanks guys. Will keep the info in mind.👍. Isn't for charity. Someone did mentioned to me that I should do it for charity but was to near the time to sort out. Maybe next time hey.

Damn the most I've done is 45 miles in one day and felt waisted for 2 days after the trip. My hat goes off to you for this journey!

My mate has just completed a ride through America. 4000 miles non stop. Energy drinks and Maccys was his secret.

Best of luck! But most people I know want to get out of Blackpool not go there.
