About twelve year olds playing this game it's against the TOS and I know that but what do you think if people my age playing?

It technically can't be stopped. If your parents allow you to play a game it's their rights to let you do what they let you. I'm 13 and I don't find much at all that makes the game 13+ except from 'strange' things on the forums.

I don't have a problem with a 8 year old playing this game.
