What is the fastest way in your opinion?

Bren guns were a loot item that were only available for a limited time during double loot week between Christmas and New Year 2011. So, to answer your question, there is no fast way to get them.👎

I dunno. Haven't slept, not thinking straight. I think I'm confusing weapon loot with turf loot or something. Sorry.

You are thinking of turf loot upgrades, like Union Bosses. The bren guns were a lootable weapon.
