I dunno. I think people can cross a certain line between an aggressive playstyle and being, for lack of a better word, a bully. Admittedly, 90% of those who claim to have a bully problem have most likely just had a handful of their turfs capped or taxed. It really just depends on the situation at hand.

This is a war game to take over and make allies whos on whos side and who will when that fight it really gets down to deleting your turf and replacing them where it will give you the best advantage of moving through the area and as we know if you cant take the guy add more mob then take him out

A bully: won't answer pms, will not negotiate any kind of treaty, uses excessively foul language in an attempt to make you mad, attack your turf simply because they can, not always capping, not always taxing.. Just non stop attacks. They single you out, spread lies to try and get other people to hate you like they do, and above all else, behind every virtual "bully" is a pathetic low life who knows they couldn't get away with any of this crap IRL.
