I would like to propose a system for controlling what is posted in the forums. We have moderators removing post so why don't we work on removing some ourselves while adding a little life into the game.

Here's how it could work easy as 123.

1. Thread Assessment

Thread assessment should take place during your normal forum browsing. As you run across post you don’t like then mark them for termination. After deciding you want a thread terminated decide on the severity of the offense. This should be based on frequency of bad posts by the poster as well as overall post content. It can also include your overall opinion of the poster. It’s really up to you to decide. Depending on your level of distaste for the post(er) you should choose your attack pattern and prepare to terminate.

Attack Pattern Delta: Player Only
Attack Pattern Echo: Player and Turf
Attack Pattern Sierra: Player and Turf Captures

2. Thread Marking

A thread is marked for termination by posting the comment “delete” to the thread. Once a thread gets five delete comments it is ready for termination. The fifth person to comment should post “This thread marked for Termination”. At this point the thread is ready to be terminated and the fun can begin.

3. Thread Termination

This part will be the most fun and rewarding. At this point you should have already chosen your attack pattern and have your mobster all riled up. Send those boys out and tear up the poster until he deletes the post. After each attack session notify the offending poster for the reason of the attack. The post attack notification should include enough information for the poster to find and delete their thread. I leave the rest up to you.

Indicate your approval of this game by commenting “delete” in this post.
