What kind of battery life do you keep on your 📲?

The running joke amongst a few friends of ours this week is that I'm a freak because I can guess people's IPhone battery percentage that they currently have. I make judgements off of how much they are on their phones and how often I think they'd take time/remember to charge their phones. And I have been pretty accurate with my guesses.
So, where is your iPhone battery percentage at most days? Are you one who lets the battery run down until it dies or are you one who is always keeping it full? Or somewhere inbetween? For me I'm almost always above 85% and if it's below that I'm paranoid that I need to get my phone charged. For my wife at times she will let her phone to get down to 3% before she'll get it on the charger.

20-30

I start every day at 100%, and if I'm getting attacked all morning, I'll be down to 10% by lunch, plug it in and get to 80% by the end of lunch, and it's usually on the verge of dead by the time I get home. In all I'd say on a busy day with some code punching and some capping/being capped, I drain it 2-3 times.

In the morning it's 100% when I get home it's 5%, my brightness is at minimum and if I'm not on the Internet I have airplane mode on, I blame iOS 5. My battery percentage used to end up being 40% with everything on normal.

F you always keep it high, and never let it go down, eventually your device will completely die in like 20 minutes.

It is very important to cycle lipo batteries thoroughly! When your device shuts of at 1%, the lipo is at 70ish%. when it drops below that the cells become unstable, and can "over discharge" resulting in a fire. But battery memory is achieved by full charge, full drain cycling.F you always keep it high, and never let it go down, eventually your device will completely die in like 20 minutes.

Paranoid. 85%+ unless I'm away from my car or laptop or wherever then I run it down listening to my iPod. (grumble) thinking about getting a new batt. Charged out one a week or so ago...now I'm jealous.

I don't usually let it get below 30%.
