Was looking to "fly" to hawaii, but no chance of that. Which got me thinking. Why aren't more airports occupied completely by big mobs? I would think this would be a huge asset in the game. Why better than worthless capos.

You would control virtual access in and out of a location.

Not a question for noobs although I'm sure I'll get thier valuable prospective.

Also it takes A TON of turf to lock down an airport

You require over 1500 turfs to lock down an airport and anyone already there can open a door if you're nice enough. Lots of work and very hard to control.

True it will take alot of turf but that's less than cost of 1500 henchies.
Especially with all the alliances would think more airports would be on lock down or fought over? Just surprised.

Ah just to clarify I have no problems with airport occupation. If I had a big mob and lots of turf I think its what I would try to do. Just surprised its not done more.
