I still cap from my friends. and it's not out of backstabbery. I've always said, if you're within my reach and I can, I will cap you. I won't wipe players out, but I had to come to this decision when I was struggling to come up in ny. you put down turf in a high income area, you should expect to be rebuilding all the time.
