Anyone watch the TV series? It left me confused... Does everyone die at the end? 😱
-
The flashbacks and the end is each persons "afterlife" or between death and "moving on" to whatever is next.
-
So they don't die together but after they die? Which can be separate times?
-
Kinda... It is confusing, I got that when jack was last.. They were all waiting for him.. So like some had died before him and some after.. It's just his afterlife..
-
They all met together in their afterlife. And if you're confused you're on par with everyone else who watched the show
-
No, they get found.
-
They need a second series called Found. I was excited to see everyone alive for the first time 😄 I missed boone! 😍
So it was just Jack's afterlife?
-
the things I would do to Kate.
-
I think Claire's prettier than Kate. And Juliet is better looking than Kate. She only has her moments lol
-
They all died in the plane crash, that's it. Waste of 6 years.
-
This right here is the reason I love the show. There is no right or wrong answer.
I want to believe the first crash killed everyone, that explains some things, but there are some reasons why it doesnt work. That doesn't explain Desmond, Russo, or any of the "others." and how could all those people die once they are already dead?
So the 2nd crash killed them, or did it? What about everyone that wasn't on that plane, when did they die?
It's what you make of it. There is no right answer. You can read anyone's thoughts and find holes in their logic.

I watched bits of it over a few years but I am confused a bit on the storyline

Lost was one of my favorite shows, I'm rewatching them now. I'm at season 2 episode 17

I was wondering about the first crash, they couldn't have died because they wouldn't have met the Others, like you said. The second plane crash couldn't have killed them otherwise they wouldn't have met those who were left behind from time traveling.. Or could they?
The TV show got kind of weird when it turned sci-fi-y. 😖

I think they took the show soo many different directions that they really had no way to wrap it up. There was no clear way to end the show and answer the question of what happened. So they made everyone dead which was just even more confusing lol
-
The thing is, I didn't see Alex or Danielle at the end and they were for sure 100% dead.
Also what happened to Cindy?
-
Great show. I'll tell you one thing though, a friend of mine worked with a few people from the hawaii set and they said they shot 6 or 7 different endings! I think they did that so there woudnt be any leaks, but still. Id love to see what else the writers came up with!

1. What happened to Walt? He just disappeared. It also seemed like he had some supernatural power.
2. Who were the people shooting at the team when they went in a canoe and was time traveling?
3. How did the guy become the smoke monster?
4. Who was dropping food in the island even though the DHARMA initiative was gone?

I guess it was good, but overall confusing.

The first plane crashed killed everybody, besides the flashbacks that occurred before the plane crash nothing actually happend. It was all about a mass hysteria afterlife, with them dealing with their problems in RL before they "moved on". They all created the Others and all the rest of the characters on the island as a way to cope with their problems. In the last episode they all realized they were and dead and why they were on the island, but what about the characters from the plane that died on the island? Boone for example, where did he come to terms with his problems before he "died" on the island? And what about Walt? Did he "die" an move on like Boone? But then why did he show up later in the series? Or was his later appearance manifested by the others after he already moved on. None of it makes any sense.
