  No matter what you say to that, even if it was instintainiously teleportation, the specifics of the time make it impossible to be true even while it's being spoken.

  If that time hasn't passed, is right then, or is behind you already, dosent matter. He has a 00:00.00.01 in Wich he can kill you. That makes the statement untrue, as it would no longer be that time the instant you arrived.
