Sorry the quote thing fucked up. Anyway he was pretty well liked so in remembrance of him burning down New York gas day is a day to cap people you normally wouldn't. Attack your friends and larger players you normally wouldn't be able to get away with. Some noobs don't like it cause they lose turf but it's not a big deal. They're just whiners.
