So there's 2 ppl in my area that cap out inactives. I headed over to an inactive to tax it and later got this message:

"Zach_M says:
Um hey. Your new turf in west Jordan is scaring me cuz I was here firsthand the truf there I was going to get. If you get them I will have no chose then have Zachmzz take them from you. So please don't take the turf I don't mind if you have turf there but don't attack anyone!!!"

"Zach_M says:
Hey sorry I said that. Its just that I spent a lot of money and time to get over here to get the loot. So again I am sorry I didn't mean it. Hope we are cool."

So then I look at Zachmzz's turf and they're all capped from inactives. So I tell him to stop capping inactives and I get this response:

"Zachmzz says:
I only cap Zach_M."

So... Zach_M travels and caps and Zachmzz caps Zach_M turfs afterward... I'm not saying anything, but just thought it was interesting.

Def looks like a mule set up to Capp inactives and what not, the mule acct. zach_m caps the small guys and takes the fall when people complain then zachmzz caps him looking like a hero, and claiming the loot and turfs from the inactives. I say cap em both.
