Can you place bounties on here? I got this irretating fool who apparently has no other life then to try to mess with mine on here. Everytime a gain influence his just gets bigger. I looked at comments and this seems to be the same with a few others.

I was going to recommend this as I thought it would be a cool addition to the game but I noticed there was an old post on this, after reading the TOS thoroughly it stated not to post about the same topic that has been brought up so instead I was wondering what you guys thought about this? I was going to post in suggestions but it also says not to post in multiple forums about the same topic.

It also states not to post codes in the gd forum... I suggest you delete it before you get stomped.

Right it was two years ago but i still like the idea of being able to put an amount of money or even a few don Points on someone or thier turf for someone to take them out

There was something like this in global wars. The bigger the player was the more it cost for them to get "blacklisted" but you also got a bigger reward for taking them out. I can see newbs from California miss using this when someone caps 1 turf. The problem with blacklisting in global wars was we didn't care for who was blacklisted or why. We just took them out for money. If someone gets Blacklisted tht doesnt deserve it, we should see an increase in inactive accounts.
