Watch a movie you know every line to. It tricks you into thinking you actually watching the movie when really your punchig codes. I don't punch very often bc I only have one device but when I can that's how I do it.

Playing music while you punch codes takes more time to Actully punch codes

If you just sit at a table normally without the music and punch codes will be Better for you because you have more consentration in a silent room,, if music is playing your thinking will slow down

Everybody is differant,,

Just try the silent treatment before you knock it

I usually watch tv, I did must my punching during football season, after the steelers played, I watched the next game an punched away. But I'll listen to music as well when it's late at night
