My attack Is 8000 pts lower than my defense. How do I go about evening them out?

Buy stronger weapons. It most likely will stay defense > offense.

I think defense is always higher because attack weapons have defensive properties as well. Just buy weapons with the highest attack like Tommy guns. The downside is the higher upkeep

Ok I already have over 400 k in upkeep so I'm only at $650,000

That's why I waited to get lapuas and whatnot. Wait til you have a higher income so you can afford the upkeep.

Got like 2.9m per hr. and decent stats with lapuas and tommys.

69000 is horrible for your mob size!! I'm about the same size as you and I double your defense!!
