I just started my first hop. I'm going from LR to DFW. How long does anyone think it will take me at $2 mil/hr income and using from 5-7 turf to hop with and maybe more and a few safeties if the hop is safe most of the way. Please PM me answers to this as I don't have very much data left

Total cost: approx. $534 million, plus land costs.

Dallas to Little Rock is about 320 miles via I-30. A cost effective inf per turf is 118 (this factors in all available upgrades except the $1.5 million gambling den ) and results in a build radius of 0.6 miles per turf. Thus,

Build cost per turf(w/o land cost)=$2,003,500

Return per torn down turf= $1,001,750

320 miles at 0.6 miles per turf means you will build approx. 533 turfs. 533 turfs at 118 inf per turf will cost approx. $1.068 billion. Tearing down all these turfs will return you $538 million. So, total build cost will be approx. $538 million, plus land costs.
